1. How much does therapy cost?
Therapy with us costs $195 per 50-minute session for a licensed therapist and $160 per 50-minute session for an associate therapist. We also have a limited number of lower fee spots available for clients with financial need. When available, our 75-minute group therapy sessions cost $75 per person per week.
For more personalized advice, just text or call our intake specialist Katheryne at (760) 283-7000.
2. Do you take insurance?
We are considered an out-of-network provider. Some clients with PPOs are able to be reimbursed by their insurance, though most pay out of pocket.
Using insurance for therapy requires a mental disorder diagnosis, which becomes part of your official medical records. Many prefer to pay out of pocket, knowing that the difference it makes to their lives is well worth the investment.
3. How many sessions will I need?
Everybody's therapeutic journey is unique. How long you need therapy will depend on the complexity of your issue, your current life circumstances, and how you process experiences as an individual.
Most of our clients meet with us weekly from a few months to a year or more. Ultimately you get to decide when your healing journey is complete. If you're open to giving therapy a try, text or call our intake specialist Katheryne at (760) 283-7000.
4. I'm not sure I have time for therapy...
We want to make it as easy as possible for our clients to get regular help, even with all that's on their plates. Rather than having fixed opening hours, our therapists work at different times of the day, and some are available in evenings and on weekends. Just text or call our intake specialist Katheryne at (760) 283-7000, and she'll match you with a therapist that has the availability you need.
